A Walk Around BERWICK and ALFRISTON | East Sussex

I’ve joined Kevin Hall of ‘Kevin’s Rambles’ for an eight Mile Circular Walk around the Villages of Berwick and Alfriston in East Sussex. Starting off from Berwick Station, we visit the historic Berwick Church with its Famous Bloomsbury Wall Paintings commissioned in 1941, Walk through glorious open Wheat Fields of The South Downs, have Lunch at the 17th Century Dean Place Hotel, take a quick look at Alfriston Clergy House (which was the first Property acquired by The National Trust) in 1896) and finally getting a little lost on the way back near The Long Man of Wilmington. Oh and there’s some Morris Men doing a Jig!
