Why would anyone make Dariacore in LMMS 😨
Dariacore samples plenty of 2010s songs and it even samples Break It Off, Pain, Take My Breath, Stay, and some other songs I probably don't recognize which were released last year.
the song is insane, i discovered dariacore recently and i coudln't think something that match more the music energy of my teenages years, it's at the same time very refreshing but there is a sort of nostalgia in it
quite cool actually, but you forgot a few things:
- extremely limited short snares with loud tonal elements
- compression. you need to heavily compress *everything* (ok not quite everything but most synths and vocals and stuff)
- the kick also needs a bit of distortion to really have it punch through
- if you want it to be more like the dariacore 3 stuff, having both a section with an insane snare and a section with a clap snare is pretty much necessary
- more meme samples

the magic isn't really in the gimmicks tho, like you get 90% of the way there but you need to sprinkle some SOPHIE style sound design or else it just sounds like an obnoxious pop remix. most of the best dariacore songs would be insane genre crossover/future [insert genre here] tracks without the funny vocals and snares

T-Force Alpha Plus is a great plugin. If you don't have that, Vital works on all DAWs. My main tips are to use a lot of voices in unison, detune them more than you expect, and shape the sharpness with EQ and saturation.

Lots of practice and failure. Don't give up on it and eventually you'll find out you can do everything you need in LMMS, albeit just a bit differently
