In the Income tax act, there are many benefits available to senior citizens of India. In this video, I have discussed one of the benefits exclusively available to senior citizens in the income tax act. We have explained section 194P of Income tax act in this video. As per this section, if a senior citizen fulfills all the given conditions, then he is not liable to file Income tax return.

Sir.. aap kahe how ki ek hi bank account hona chahiye.. lekin aap be shayad note Kiya hoga her bank account ki pass book mein mentioned Kiya gaya hai ki Insurance per account up to 5 lac rs. Hai.. toh saree savings ek hi account mein rakhna risky nahi hoga..?

I am a super senior citizen. I derive my income from interest,annuity,dividends and rent. Total income exceeds ₹3lacs in this year. Should I have to file the ITR?
For super senior citizens, the limit is 5 lakh(under old tax regime).
So consider the limit of 5 lakh
₹6000/- TDS kat liya bank FD se... For super senior citizen, wapas Lena hai, ITR1 Varna parenga

Declaration form kewal wo bharega jiska 1 bank me hi interest and Pension aata hai, aapko ITR file krna padega
