Amazing house. I was just curious how the architects picked the materials and finishes for the interior. It got a little out of hand in many areas, where there's tiles and stones along with different types of wood in the space. The material choice really should've been more simplified and would've made this house perfect! Also, I yet to see one which doesn't compromise design at the rear of the house. otherwise, an amazing coverage of this house! Looking forward to more!
Super modern. Like it. Is the almost flat roof suitable for Toronto's Winter with prolonged snow period? Would it be better to explain the technology used to solve the problem?
As Alex said Etobicoke is one of the six municipalities that make up Toronto. Also, there is a TON of modern homes in Toronto, not sure where you got the idea that there isn't.
Where does it stop in this city, why do we need 9,000,000 ....8000 sqft houses......beyond ANY persons needs or wants....this is overkill to the extent Overkill can be......I dont get it anymore....the collapse is soon and who the F would invest 8,000,000 in this when it might be worth 5 million a year from now.......TORONTO REAL ESTATE IS A JOKE AND ITS BECAUSE OF PROPERTIES SUCH AS THIS!!!!!
$8 million is still pocket change for some people. They have the right to hire an architect and a builder to construct the home they choose. The truly wealthy are rarely adversely affected by market changes, recessions or even pandemics. Some other home on the same street and neighbourhood are well over double the price and the size of this home.
I'm in love ! this is motivating!
The listing price is $8,998,000
No way they're getting that. Market has dropped pretty good. Lucky to get $4.5M max.
now down to 8,388,00
This has got to be the most aesthetically pleasing home I’ve ever seen. I want it soo bad.
Thou shall not covet🤷🏃😜
It’s for sale!
@@dianamay3609 of course it is.. that's why I put the wink

@@birdhousemediatv I like the look of the neighbours better, can you share which architect did these homes?

Not a problem. The home would have been constructed the same as any other commercial building with flat roof.
Very private lots of houses you can see the people living in it from outside. They boast floor to ceiling windows. This is well done.
Caught another BHMTV Premier. Uber modern. Like!
Dreamy artsy perfection;
👌👌👌👏👏👏👏👏

Etobicoke not Toronto :c can't find many big houses modern in Toronto anymore
Etobicoke is part of Toronto, is part of The Six. Learn your geography.

Soulless office building...no thanks
