I have a white dial 120813, as my everyday watch. It’s probably my favorite watch. I don’t have but one “ pricey” watch. A Cartier Calibre black dial is my one luxury watch. That being said my Vostok is my favorite. I love that sonofabitch.
The 120813 white dial one is a great looking watch for sure! These Vostoks pack so much value for the price, it's crazy! They are excellent everyday watches :)
Bought mine along with a Komandirskie and received them within 2 weeks. Very reasonable for international shipping. Mine came with a different rubber strap. The strap is thick and comfortable. Only complaint is that it is just under 18mm and it tapered down to 16mm, which makes the strap looks like it is for a lady's watch and much much too small for my wrist. I have to replace it with a NATO strap. I have had mine for about a week, so far, it wears very well and accurate. Love the versatility that it can be dressy and can be very sporty when paired with the appropriate straps. Great value.
It's a great budget watch. I don't think anything comes close at that price and definitely nothing mechanical. They do issue these with various different straps and yes the 18mm size makes it look a bit more compact but for smaller and medium sized wrists it's perfect.
Nice review. The Dial is similar to the original Zodiac Diver. In fact, it looks better balanced than the modern day re-issue Zodiacs. This Vostok looks very cool on the Bracelet too. The manufacturer recommends a 10 year service interval. Proven reliability & engineering design excellence. It's the Russian Rolex.
thank you for the kind words. Indeed it's unbelievable how much value these watches pack for such a low price. I've had this one for years and it's been extremely reliable. Have taken it swimming, hiking and other outdoor activities and it's still in great condition and ticking away without any issues :)
I like Vostoks, have three. It hardly destroys the likes of San Martin. It is crude, easy to adjust but fickle (curb regulator is not tight enough, a hard bump will offset it), rather awful finishing on the back, crystal scratches easily. It wears top-heavy and sits unstable on the arm because the flat surface is too small.

Vostok lume is readable all night long ! once ur eyes are in nighttime mode . Woke up many times at pitch black at 330 am no problem to tell time
