@@JulieAndersonvideos at least you have tons of discipline. Ugh. So much time wasted . You are so bright and captivating. The amount of useless content the geese MLMs create ... Do you know the DEAD internet theory? This is the Zombie internet. Imagine social media without all this crap
This is one of the many reasons that I don’t have social media anymore. Friend request from strangers and advertisements disguised as content. It’s so polluted that there is very little value anymore.
The audacity of these MLM companies. The blatant creative exploitation of recruits for unpaid marketing content is gross, unequivocally gross. Thank you, Julie, for framing how time consuming the 'working your business in the pockets of your day' really is!
My favorite part of your videos is when you say... "what does this have to do with..."!! I love it! You have the perfect personality to get through to people about this garbage industry!
About 30 years ago I got invited to an Amway opportunity meeting by a childhood friend. I had no idea, but my mom did. She warned me before I left to not agree to anything. She didn't have to worry, though. My lazy ass nature immediately showed me how exhausting it would be to get involved in that nonsense.
In my 20's, I had an acquaintance invite me to an Amway recruiting "meeting". By the end of it I was getting "this feels culty af" vibes. I never followed up. Never went back. Thank goodness I dodged that bullet
At 17:11 one of the "Myths" (on row 23) is literally advising you not to rely on supplements, but to "prioritize real food and consistent training". Did they even read this before posting it????
When you consider that new recruits probably never once considered starting their own business, have 0 business experience, and have 0 clue about marketing, this manipulation - oops, training - looks legit. Recruits are sold the idea that it's "just about sharing stuff they use" and then discover it's so much more demanding.
In any normal non MLM job, you would never consider going to company specific training without getting paid for it. It boggles my mind that these reps in MLM's, see it as completely normal to do company specific training and NOT get paid for doing it
20:24 my mlm coach had an accountability chart and it f we did not fill them out she would yell at us. Now I see why. Because then she could blame us for not doing the work. So sick
Imagine thinking that a solar panel salesman coming to your house and complimenting your flower bed is a "genuine connection." No, it's a sales pitch, and a good salesperson butters up their prospects. It is the same in MLM. No matter how friendly they are, no matter how deep or personal the conversation, it is all in the hopes of selling the product or recruiting yolu. But because it's a cult, they will insist that this is authenticity, and do trainings on how to "show up authentically" and "be a real human." None of that training would be necessary if the cult hadn't scooped out your personality and replaced it with their own version. Now that your identity is gone. they have to train you on how to pretend this new one is legit.
There is woman from my hometown that is touting that peptides are the next greatest wellness miracle . The people jumping are her Rodan and Fields cohorts. Two or three years ago R and F was their path to wealth. These people are all very well to do and I can guarantee you. It wasn’t through their MLM businesses. Curious to hear your thoughts….
I do a fan page about an actor friend of mine, across FB, IG, X & BlueSky. On average, I might do 3-5 posts a week. Sometimes I'll do more depending on what my friend might have coming up. At any rate, I don't put more then a few hrs a week into it What these MLM reps do for free & the amount of hours they put into it, leaves me shaking my head
And you're not getting paid to do ANY of this. You only get paid once someone buys. At a real sales job, the company pays for leads for you to call, and you have a base salary with commission on top, so you're getting paid for your time even if you don't close any sales that day.
@@HSSG7and then you get yelled at when you don’t sell anything or recruit anyone and get told it’s your fault because you didn’t do enough. So you buy stuff yourself but under your kids names or your mum or sister or whoever so you look good and don’t get yelled at and told you’re not good enough.
It’s to keep people from reevaluating the opportunity. If you’re too busy making 3 pieces of new content and talking to 10 people every single day… there’s no time to think, just do.
So much manipulation. It’s got to be exhausting to accomplish the targeted social media goals keeping the from thinking objectively about what they are doing.
Julie, love ya. Any Levarti DBag Barton update? I find it funny that DJ has 3500+ YT subs, 1000 Levarti associates but his weekly YT vids have less than 50 views and under 10 likes. SMFKH! He should be pissed but he's too busy scamming and not utilizing his own cult base. lmao

The Internet is absolutely littered with folks advertising a highly bloated opportunity that is designed to hurt others. Julie is sharing facts and that’s why it bothers you so much. Be careful in how you pray/prey upon others as there’s a significant difference between the two.
You must have been fully immersed in this industry. Your informative critique of their tools is impressive.

My niece went on google images to search for reference pics for her artwork recently & ai slop is RAMPANT
I only use social media because my job makes me, and I have a hard enough time keeping up with that! Twitter used to be my jam but it’s so toxic now.

Yea i actually feel sorry for some of them like the former bombparty hun who did cosplays & themed reveals which were actually really cool to watch.
This is a great example of what "moving the goalpost" means.
22:24 “make a call to action” I looked away for a sec and was just listening and I thought you said “make a cult action” 😂😂
