The average monthly pay of Laotian is 100 usd. Most would save half of it about 50usd a month for healthcare incase they get cancer. Most cancer patients usually live longer than in the west as they cannot afford the 100k chemo therapy. Soursop trees are plentiful in Laos and Thailand and leaves are normally free.
Wth does the pay in Laos have to do with his situation as a USA citizen or resident alien?
He is a U.S. citizen, he is an American, he has been here for 30 yrs.
