- Of course every day looks different and my routine changed quite a lot in the past months but I think this video sums up pretty much how my day as a foreign exchange student looks like.
School in the US is definitely not as stressful for me a it was back home so I try to do as much fun stuff as possible. The incredible friends I found here make that a lot easier and I wish I could take you guys with me and do IKEA trips and painting picnics forever. Being with you, Rocio, Sankalp, Nickie, no matter what we do, it brings the biggest smile to my face and I am sure that the bond we have will last despite the miles that will separate us.
I’ve learned to not take life too serious and although you should stay safe in this time I am just taking this experience day by day. Although I am already returning soon I will keep the memories I’ve made forever, the small ones like joking around in ping pong club or going on a trip with my amazing host parents. I owe you two this adventure and I couldn’t be more grateful that you picked me and are the people I return to every day and that take care of me when I miss my family.
