But that still accounts for roughly 38 lbs still of actual fat. Kingpin's body shape is more akin to those of lower weight sumo wrestlers -- more like a chunky bodybuilder than true obesity. For example, his man boobs are rarely saggy. His pecs are clearly defined when we see him without clothing. So his claim seems founded, but I maintain that it is impossible for a real life person to emulate. Furthermore, his level of strength is far beyond the limits of human beings in all his depictions (including the Daredevil show), a feature of his character that he often attributes to his anomalous physique. A person of his weight that specialized in bodybuilding would be world-record level strong, but never enough to shatter concrete or some of the other insane things he has been portrayed doing. So my conclusion: Kingpin must be a mutant of some sort, born with a gene which granted him naturally larger size, or his muscle fibers some different composition or something. Because while his weight would account for him being as large as he is, it doesn't explain how his body fat is so low. Normal human muscles cannot grow to this mass. But yes, if you were Kingpin's size in real life you could totally snap the average person in half like a twig with a bear hug.

I agree it’s probably not something that could actually happen, except in an utterly extreme circumstance involving a mutation, but I think that’s sort of the point of Kingpin. He’s an aberration when it comes to extreme growth and muscle mass, like how Andre the Giant was an aberration in terms of continual growth.

He just has a thick neck and a very pronounced cleft. He basically underwent Sumo training; which is why he appears fat, but is actually densely packed with muscle.

Spider-Man even pointed out that he had a way to kill Kingpin that would work unless Kingpin got IMMEDIATE surgical intervention. Like "already on the table" immediately. He could fill Kingpin's lungs and wind pipe with web fluid and he'd suffocate within a minute.
Small tangent I'd like to toss in here: to anyone who ever claims that voice actors should only voice characters for which they have a corresponding race (Asian VAs for Asian characters, blacks for black characters, etc.,) please note that such a policy would've meant we never would've heard Roscoe Lee Browne deliver this Kingpin. I feel like that alone should be the silver bullet in this argument's chest.
