I've had my Smart Oven Pro for three years and love it. The only time I use my big oven is for holidays. It is amazing. I use it daily. I even took it camping once in our RV. when it dies, Ill buy another one immediately.
I recently canceled Factor, their meals are fine, but their delivery courier is terrible, in my area. They would leave the box at the end of the sidewalk rather than on the enclosed porch. Also the meal containers were constantly broken. I signed up with Tovala and got the standard smart over for free. Have not received my first shipment yet. Thanks for the breakdown on the ovens. I would want the pro, but I can't complain about free.

I believe that it was fine, but I cannot help but feel anxious about this man putting a plastic Factor meal container in an oven at 400F. I am WAITING for it to melt lol

You don't put plastic on the oven
The plastic is special. If you read the directions on that food it can be microwaved or placed in the oven. I noticed a lot of people are using the Tovala oven with Factor food.
Why would you tell your kids what nugget was from what? You also could have cut off the burnt ends . Not a really good taste test. Hey kids in this cup is Pepsi and this one coke. Which one you like better?😂
