I'm currently going through pht 2 months but im scared as hell....they only select the experienced crew....this is very unfair tbh.... I'm feeling like a clown right now...bcoz I'm not even sure whether they will select me or not😢

exactly the same thing happened with me too....i was selected on 3rd round i clearly heard my result but bahar bulake bolti h you have to improve your communication skills ...aur mene bola ki i have better communication skill toh bolte hai try another time aur selection ke liye 10,12 ldkiyan thi aur select huwi 2 sirf
Hey i also got selected for 2 months pht But i refuse for that So I've asked someone that should i go now for interview then they said yes you can And if you go for the pht and you are not able to crack that as well then only they put in a cooling period

Hi you can try in Airindia My interview experience was very smooth with Airindia 🤍 Salary here is high when compared to indigo and also the stipend i am getting here is really impressive when compared to other airlines in India. As i was going through your video i had flash back of my first interview experience with Indigo.
And you get better opportunities here I mean they will train you on both Boeing and Airbus aircraft so that a crew can operate international and domestic sectors and moreover the training fee is same as Indigo Rs 50000 and Airindia pht training bohot Kam karati hai... mostly they hire directly without PHT.
@@MossHead9087 They will hire at the end of this year or starting of 2025 because after Airindia and vistara merger they need more crews and in the mid of the 2023 Airindia had placed order for many new aircrafts and they would need more crews to operate.
