Mere sath initially similar cheez hui , vacancy shayad 3-4 girls ki thi so they put me into PHT training and it was for two months. I was quite shocked because my communication was quite good and even better than other girls who got selected directly so I was quite sad that day and I came back and cried that I worked so hard and still the selected already experienced crew and girls from other airlines but even freshers deserve a chance. So for the second time when I went for the interview, I got hired directly and by chance there was no experience crew that day except for one from Emirates so they selected for four of us directly . But initially I had given up the hope of getting hired directly as I was very sure of the fact that they would only hire either the experienced crew or the girls from reference. Even after getting selected it’s been around two months. They still haven’t contacted the girls got selected for the joining date. Indigo is taking a lot of months to call the girls for joining. Sometimes they even take 6 to 7 months which is very very very hectic. I don’t know why are they hiring if they do not have the vacancies It’s a long wait we don’t know when we will be called. They do not reply to emails. Sometimes they do not confirm anything and sometimes they even forget to send you the health check up verification mails. And with regards to the PHT training and cooling period it isn’t true because even I rejected PHT for the first time and then went for the interview next month only

I got to know that after taking 2.5 lakhs nd giving training they are not giving placement to the candidates nd also the people who are working in spicejet they are not giving them salary on time neither they are giving PF to them
