I'd probably rent it first to decide. If I purchase I'd definitely remove that wall between kitchen and dining area so it becomes one large open space. So that doesn't look too small.

I own a condo just a mile from there, on Abrams & Royal, so I know the area very well. Just wondering if the HOA keeps up with the property or is their high turnover in management? Are most of the tenants renters or owners? In my complex it's mostly renters(85%). They close our swimming pool, fitness center & laundry room, due of damages from individual's who don't seem to care about keeping up with the property. Since most of them are renter's it's not something they value overall.

You must live in the country in a very remote area! 50K for a condo is nothing here in Dallas. As of today that same one would be 75 to 95K

You were close but no, condos are roughly $105-190k right now in Dallas. It’s kinda sad actually. Things have changed due to the fact so many California’s moved to Dallas and it caused the prices to sky rocket, inflation also played a big part in it as well.

Can you please give me the exact detail and length for this apartment/condo I’m thinking about moving to Texas and if there’s an option to rent to buy I might be interested extremely I also would like to know if I’m allowed to have a dog on the property other than that it’s pretty much a perfect fit for me for my needs I don’t want anything too fancy just something where I can put a sleeping bag on the ground have my Martial art weapons in the closet have my clothes organized A place for my dog and put some art on the wall
