An incredible piece of music. I copied this lyrical information from an archive:
    A.Main Theme
    B.Wine Section
    C.Flower of the Heart
"I Am the Flower of the Heart
    Awaken Me
    And I will bloom again;
And All the Hopes of Men
    Will Raise their weary heads
    And Rise from Empty beds
    And Gaze upon the Bride
    Who brings the Dawn.
(Hold on to Me until the End)"
    D.The Flight
    E.Nightingale
    The Oriental Nightingale
    Announces to the Seeker
That it is time for him
    To have his interview with
    The King.
    Darshan is the personal meeting
of the Seeker with the King of Kings
    (The Shah of the Universe)
(The Avatar) and receive his blessing.
    "Arise and come to Me
And whose Eyes do you see,
I am the Highest of the High."
    AnA Sahib il Zamdn
    (The Ancient Friend)
    "I am with you, In all you do;
    Now Arise and Return;
Hold on to me Until The End."
    G.Ocean Section
    1."I am the Anchor
    I am the Ocean
    I am the Vessel
    of Love's Devotion,"
    Chorus
    Hara Meher
    Hold on to Baba
    until The End
    Hold on to Baba
    the Dearest Friend.
    2."I am the Tempest
    I am the Tower
    I am the Passion(Oh Leila)
    I am the Power."
    H.Allah Meher(Compassionate God)
    Allah Meher
    Allah Meher
    Hare HARE (Hail to Thee)
    Allah Meher (Compassionate God)
    I.Ships
A Mighty Ship has run before me,
    And I have married
    The Song of her Sail
    Allah, Allah,
    Allah Hu Meher
    Allah Meher
    Hu Meher, Hu Meher
    Part II
    J.Baba's Mountain
"If you break my heart, I'll Die
If you break my heart, I'll Die
    And won't you come to
    Baba`s Mountain,
I will show you the Way to
    Baba's Mountain,
    Oh what a lovely day.
    K.Look into your Heart
    Look into your heart
    And you will find

    The section:
"If you break my heart, I'll Die
If you break my heart, I'll Die...
Is one of the most pure and beautiful I've ever heard. My. God.

Captivating, beautiful, and serene. Original, daaamn, so original. Those days that we think we must have discovered all the good there has ever been in music seem like a joke after you have then discovered Robbie Basho. His level is really out of this world. Lately, I have stumbled upon a variety of different artists whom I cherish and love, yet Robbie takes the whole cake and eats it, for not a single thing can surpass this in terms of uniqueness.

@@pressonradio571 Then I will just get down to it: Lankum(previously Lynched: an Irish folk band of surprising depth in its expression), Facundo Cabral, Jackson C. Frank, Abner Jay, Charles Mingus, Mazzy Star, Woven hand, Matt Elliott, Itsuroh Shimoda, Death in June… There is much more, but one has to look for this stuff, for the ocean contains many drops. If you also have something to share, I would love to listen to it as well. Maybe then I can respond with another list.

Not only ahead of his time, but a brilliance in the face of which time collapses and ceases to exist.

A unique and uniquely exquisite form of beauty and "feel" in so many of Robbie Basho's songs, such as in this.

The Druz (aka Druze) people are a religious community in Palestine, Lebanon and Syria that have their roots in Shia Islam but that over time developped their own distinct theology that drew from gnosticism and Neo Platonisme. Really interesting to see that Basho was heavily inspired by Middle Eastern spirituality, as evidenced by the song's lyrics and the album containing references to Lebanese poet Khalil Gebran

I think it is french but i am not perfectly sure about what he is saying because of his accent. « Mon dieu! Mon dieu! (My god!) voici mon coeur !( this is my heart) mon dieu! Mon dieu ( ??? ) elle a, elle a, mon âme ! ( she ‘s got, my soul ) mon dieu, merci ! ( my god, thank you ) (??)
