- After my mom had COVID last month, she has been feeling a bit weak.I personally have also been sick and have gained a LOT of weight
We both just wanted to rest and recover and decided to go for a wellness retreat for three days - we went to Naad Wellness (about 1.5 hours away from Delhi)
In this Vlog I show you all did we did! I have had a severe dust allergy for the last many months and I wake up with a horrible cold every single day. I know that sounds trivial, but trust me, when you cannot breathe properly, you feel low on energy and super drained out
Over the last 2 days, my therapies have been focused on this issue (I also visited an ENT recently) and finally, after months I am able to breathe well
It’s been only two days but it literally feels life-changing in many ways. I don’t know how to do justice to this experience with words 🥺
