Do you have any other detailed video of rolling turn cycling training? I find the video very helpful for cyclist like me and I am looking forward of seeing a lot of videos. I'll also try to visit your main site to learn more about cycling. Thanks!!!
Rolling turn, do this cycling strategy better when you cycle in groups during a race? The video is great though I want to make some research to clarify some things. Please keep on posting other cycling training tips. Good day!!!
If you want the riders behind to catch up with you. Try matching their speed (as they obviously cant match yours) if they dont catch up with an extra effort try lessening your speed just a little bit more so that they finally match yours. Remember If you do lessen your speed you might need to move to the right side of the lane or road, because they might come and pass you, and its always more polite to join them from behind rather than placing yourself in the tip of the peloton.
This sound s like a great idea. Have you got any suggestions on how to synchronise your speed with those behind you when you're slowing down, especially if you're inexperienced?
Me and my team has been practicing this kind of group training strategy. And so far we are managing well. Please do post other videos that could enhance our cycling training. I just also wanted to ask if ever this kind of technique is good enough to bring us number one to the finish line?
@pmawhinney While pulling through and changing line does take some experience to do smoothly generally those behind you are going to have to synchronize speed with you - they don't really have a choice - but it's your responsibility to keep the pace constant, any speed changes smooth and to ride predictably. If you're riding like this it's usually at speed so you want to avoid collisions. Cheers
@iLovecYcling1985 If you are just beginning road riding it is good idea to join an experienced group who can teach you the finer points - or find a bike shop that runs road riding etiquette rides. Riding is group does take experience and awareness to do safely at any speed. Cheers
There are a lot of tips and strategies about how to cycle better during cycling training and in racing. But how can I possible learn every detail of this rolling turns? I mean you have this video but I wanted to further understand this kind of technique. Could you please help me?

Thanks for the helpful tip. Is there generally a period of time each rider is out front? Or does it depend on the group? Cheers
