Great instruction Sensei. One thing I might add for skeptic naysayers (that are critical of primarly soft styles, and of all asian martial arts in general because they don't look like UFC) is that joint locking can allow you to subdue a person without seriously hurting them, but as in many Kali schools that consider locks to be breaks, you can seriously maime or cripple someone, if need be, with joint locks/breaks in a heartbeat - and they won't be fighting you anymore. In sport UFC style fighting you might have to whale on somebody a long time before they stop coming at you, especially if you don't strike points that are prohibited in MMA. Plus, of course, no one is going to hand you their hand or arm to be locked, but you keep an eye out for opportunites amid chaos, and/or set them up, especially through striking, body positioning and footwork
