80% of the property you walk out into a main road.. it takes you 2-3 hours to drive from one side to the other if you go through the center..
its fair to say its no different to any other large city.. but yeh. go an hour north and see where you can live for half the money. big rolling fields, fresh air. brand new houses. wildlife. people walking around happy.
