In order to bring change, parts of us need to die. And its terrifying, and enough to cause us to disassociate. But like the seasons, the leaves that have died in winter will regrow in the spring, often with beautiful flowers 🌷 For me personally, I recently lost the only woman I have felt a true, deep rooted, unconditional love for. Since she left, I have felt like my world has lacked colour. But my "spring" has been returning, slowly. Keep your head up, change is natural and so is the growth that sprouts from it ❤
@@oliverlivingstone763 thank you for sharing this beautiful message 🤍 i’m glad you are finding your colours again. you should watch “eternal sunshine of the spotless mind”, it’s the perfect film if you’re experiencing heartbreak, and refers to the changing seasons 🍂❄️🌱🌻 keep your head up :) it’s all going according to plan ✨
I remember my first time dissociating made me feel like I'm watching myself from above and made me feel like I'm about to die which lead to panic attack and tldr it was hellish 5 months It's gone now but sometimes when I'm outside I'd disassociate and it makes me feel like everything I'm looking at is fake The people are fake The sky is fake It's terrifying experience ngl like I'm just a soul in a body and whole world is just a fake dream or movie set 😭
@@El_KvSMii it’s very scary. only lasted a few days for me but it’s very isolating. the conclusion that i had to come to was: real world or not, it doesn’t matter 🤷🏻♀️
@sanityisacozylie lmao that's good way to think about it But I can't act normal if it happens If I'm around people imma be like BRB imma run to bathroom and rethink existence fir bit
1:19 My first thought would be .. which mindset is your preference? And that's in as little of a negative i can hopefully make that sound through a comment on a phone. It can be either, or; were you trapped over those nine days lol or were you just knocked out of your vibe cause of all the crap going on right now
i ventured into a rabbithole, and i thought i had control the entire time, but it wasn't until i snapped out of it that i realized i had trapped myself. it's like, i had forgotten what the world looked like outside the rabbithole. very trippy
@sanityisacozylie hmmm.. maybe it was like a melding of two selves in your mind, cause the memories and experiences from over the past 9 days are still in you now, you know? Actually having just finished watching your video, it's cool to feel like there may not be anything within yourself to worry about lol so I think you'll be cool beans going forward.
TH-cam recommended this video in particular to me. So whatever it is you're doing keep at it. Cuz the algorithm loves it.
