Superb Video. But nothing will be done as per video. I have realised that thing in Park View 1. Overall I cal say don’t trust on Shivalik Team. This video is only for marketing purpose.
None of the thing is good in Park view 1.
Lots of complaint raised for betterment but they just want to earn money and swindle the buyer.
I can say don’t go with video only first check Park view 1, compare it with it’s advertising video and check what they given what they promised.
After possession service is also third class. Lots of complaints raised to change maintenance manager Mr. Ajay Limbasiya. But he is the key person because he have completed master in lying and cheating.
Think twice before booking.
Lots of best options available in Shela, batter than Shivalik. Goyal, Vishvanath, Safal, Sun, Swati, Ratna and Gala. They give what they promised, after possession service is also awesome.
