Lots of complaints raised to change maintenance manager Mr. Ajay Limbasiya. But he is the key person because he have completed master in lying and cheating. Think twice before booking. Lots of best options available in Shela, batter than Shivalik. Goyal, Vishvanath, Safal, Sun, Swati, Ratna and Gala. They give what they promised, after possession service is also awesome.
