Yeah so little known fact, you can actually speak through a guitar pickup. You have to yell for it to be heard at any level in a set up like that, otherwise it disappears into other noise.
Best band ever..... 54 years old here so I grew up during this era and have seen them 3 times in concert. They have always sounded just as good live as on their radio version. Unreal that they still sound so good 40+ years later. I am hoping to see them live 1 more time after this covid garbage!

This is a track I wasn't familiar with before watching this live performance, but I loved it, especially the backing vocals. That always set Def Leppard apart from most other rock bands.

Def Leppard never went grunge. Slang is essentially a big Middle Finger to grunge. The closest you'd get is calling it alt metal.
