    What is true love
What kind of tantra class is good for you
I would like to thanks Mahara for this interview and I hope you learnt something from it. Please mention in the comment if you liked the video! And don't hesitate to ask us questions ;)

Best explanation. Thank you! I've been leaning Advaita vedanta and many of the ancient yogas but didn't really understand the difference of tantra. This explained it well.

Let me explain logic behind it
First try to understand need of meditation
Meditstion was to control mind ( hindhi is called Chit ki chanchalata )though i.e to minimize that level it is natural ( how to decide for contact me )
One world in Sanskrit language : Ati sarvatr varajite
To get spritual powers your meditation should go beyond to control mind and then have 3 side effect
      You can become 1. insane/mad 2. Paralyzed 3.died
But when male and female work together and transforming sex energy and then doing deep meditation then it protect from 3 sideffects as lot of good hormones body generate but male sperm should not come out otherwise you destroyed you sex energy.
But every Male and female energy level does not match so try to find partner both energy level match .
My english is not good and typing by mobile is pain hence explained in brief .

Read books of Sir John Woodroffe: 1) Principles of Tantra (2 volumes), 2)The Serpent power 3) Sakti & Sakta. If u want to study Advaitha Vedantha, study Swami Vivekananda's Jnana yoga lectures.

youre also misguided man, learn more about tantra rather than watching these western shi*t, full of misleading misinformation.@@dhruvverma6460

    • @jaidevsingh2913
      @jaidevsingh2913 ปีที่แล้ว

it's not the correct explaination, tantra is not something which you can learn in a few years, even people struggle for their whole lives to learn it, it's just the westerners who learn it from fake teachers in India and then start doing the same in their own country leading to more misinformation.

it's a complex system of spiritual, philosophical, and ritual practices that originated in India several thousand years ago. At its core, tantra is based on the belief that everything in the universe is connected, and that through certain practices and rituals, an individual can tap into the universal energy to achieve spiritual and personal transformation.
While the term "tantra" is often associated with sexual practices, this is only one small aspect of this complex system. Tantra encompasses a wide range of practices, including meditation, yoga, mantra chanting, and various forms of ritual, all of which are intended to help the practitioner connect with the divine and achieve a higher state of consciousness.
In many traditional tantra practices, a guru or spiritual teacher plays an important role in guiding the student on their journey.

💦 Tantra encourages us to fully immerse ourselves in the present moment, whether it's feeling the water on our skin while doing the dishes or being caressed by the waves in the ocean, allowing us to let go of negative emotions and experiences.
🧘 Tantra is a permanent meditation that emphasizes full awareness and total presence in the present moment, without trying to control or manipulate life or people.
💑 "As soon as you understand that everyone can be loved, you receive so much love, from so many people, from so many different ways."
💞 To truly love others, you must first love and accept yourself, honoring and respecting your own body.
😌 The intention of a Tantra workshop is to give people a heart-opening experience and the feeling of unity, leaving them feeling peaceful and connected to others in the room.
🧘‍♀ "You have to work on yourself first to then be able to work with others."
💪 Taking risks and following your heart can lead to happiness and success, even if others doubt you.
💪 If you believe in yourself and are fully committed to your goals, life will support you as long as it comes from the heart and without manipulation or desire for personal gain.

However I can say to expand it
There are 338 thousand people viewing and interpreting who are also being connected with
Too!! ❤ I think dismissing socials or amount of people accessed as not important or shallow or not Tantra is mistaken. The Five in person lovely, but sometimes the energy of the five thousand might be just as powerful to the soul and spirit and humanity. ❤

Our feelings and experiences are either pleasurable or uncomfortable. We don't like the 'signs of the ugly' and love to be with the 'signs of the beautiful.' So, that dichotomy itself is partial. Can one come out of attachments to the sense-pleasures by indulging in them? If one thinks pleasure is spiritual happiness, that can create clinging, which leads to craving, even to addiction. It is the root cause of our misery.
Ideally, one should be able to stay equanimous and perfectly balanced in any painful or pleasurable situation. If Tantra can bring that permanent change of equanimity in you, it is perfect. However, it is confusing because hundreds of schools teach 'Tantric' methods. It is hard to know which one is authentic unless you spend a considerable period on each.

      Hi @coverartist,
It seems that you’re already on the right path. The path of equanimity that ultimately leads to the cessation of suffering.
I agree with you, you can’t come out of attachment of the sense pleasures by indulging them.
The right question for me is : how can I be full of love and generate equanimity?

    • @coverartist8899

@@dorianyogaLove is a general term. Real love is unconditional, and it is a natural byproduct of purifying the mind. It is loving compassion, sympathetic joy, and as a result developing equanimity. All these are established through practicing the conscious application of mindfulness, on the cushion and off. Try a 10-day silent retreat Buddhist Vipassana meditation first, if you like. It's experiential, not talking theory. I tried it all before. Now I am done with everything else. Good luck in the journey.

Not an explanation of tantra at all. Too much beating about the bush.
The only essiantly correct and usefyl thing ive heard here is that it has to do eith the joining of the male/female energy / consciousness.
Tantra means: using your bodies (physical, energetic and subtle bodies) to reaxh your True Self. All the different techniques are meant to do that. It goes a whole lot deeper than enjoying your environment in a sensual way,

The catholics do not know the splendor of tantra and its many levels. What is important is to find ways to teach our children the essence of tantra. In tantra, the most holy activity in the union of our bodies with the increasing dominance of our hearts one has to learn the rituals and this is especially for men a learning process, a lifelong learning process.
One of the final levels in the tantra practise is the Maithuna ritual in which the united bodies will not move for the normal mutual Happy End but stay silent and thus enable a spiritual Happiness which nobody can express in words.
