But it's what happens behind closed doors that really forms us to the person we are becoming. In this video, Jocko talks about how his glory doesn't happen in front of a crowd, but in darkness...in solitude. Claiming one victory that is earned every single day. A victory of determination, will, and discipline. People who do stuff consistently and on time surpass people who are talented or gifted. It's what goes on when the cameras go off. Encouraging you to seperate yourself from everyone else. Go in isolation. That's when your mind and your focus changes. Gain strength and come out a savage! The process of the grind is what shapes and forms you. The real grind is in the dark when nobody sees you! The heart of a champion is a light switch that's always on. It's constant!

11:34am I woke up at 0435am this morning and got to work by 0600. I do it not becuz I want to but becuz I have too. I work hard consistently pushing my boundaries. I look forward to uncomfortable situations and I confront it head on. I’m taking souls today!!! I beat the sun to work today. Knowing I’m working when everyone else is sleeping. I win today.
A champion only grows, because of the seeds that you planted daily in your heart, and then watered by your spirit. The heart of a warrior has learnt unless you learn to overcome you can never be one!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your videos got me through my training camp. I don’t listen to music anymore , I listen to your videos on repeat. Almost pulled out due to life but your videos reminded me to stop giving myself excuses. Everyone is going through shit so why am I special? I’m not. Read 1 John. John tells us that sin is lawlessness, and that we must keep the commandments.
