It would have been great if you had the tachometer visible. 60 in 2nd and 60 in 6th?! How was the driving experience purely from a power delivery to shifting experience?
@CarDietrich thank you. Own a 24 Si. With this being the last year model, was wondering if I should get a 380s? Any thoughts, please? Is the power and DCC lucrative enough ?
@@asdpoi121 the shifter combination in the Si you have now is probably “slicker” overall, unless you’re getting some sweetheart deal on the VW I don’t know if it’s worth trading in your current car and taking that hit in depreciation
I'm not really a fan of digital gauges, but this instrument cluster is car is not bad.

Linear power delivery especially for a turbo, very smooth if slightly vague shifter, predictable clutch with a long engagement point

Do you feel the difference in power vs the Integra? Would you swap if you were able?
This GTI is a bit quicker than my Integra, but I am happy with my Acura and wouldn't swap if i could.
Does the GTI have less road noise than your Integra?.
I'd say they are relatively equal.s far as road noise, the GTI has a little more engine noise than the 1,5 in my Integra but it is not unpleasant
