Seeing all these bags opened together really reinforces your decision to get rid of most of your Ipsy subscriptions. It's always fun to watch you unbox them, of course, but they really haven't gotten any better over time.
I've never been able to purchase subscription boxes due to motherhood lol and lots of bills. But I very much enjoy watching all your glee ♡ while watching you unravel all the goodness.
I love these videos lol they definitely brighten my day. I've just had to cancel all of my sub boxes for financial reasons (but I'm free from my abusive ex, so Yay!), so I experience them vicariously through unboxings now. And that Gloss Moderne hair mask is a favorite of mine, I think I'm on my 3rd one.
Half Dome is in Yosemite and Delicate Arch is in Utah! I can highly recommend getting out to see both, especially Yosemite and the Redwood Forest. There's a ton to see, a lot of it is pretty easily accessible, and both parks are absolutely beautiful!
Before you tossed the mailer from the 3rd, may 2022 bag, it looked like there might have been a brush in it. It landed next to the couch behind Tater. I really liked the pink satin bags with palm leaves on them. I've been trying to find more bags and other stuff in that pattern. I managed to find a hair towel and sleep mask and that's it.
This was so fun to watch! I love the rapid unboxing of lots of stuff. By the way, the Chella brown/bronze quad was in GlossyBox a while back so that might be what you remember it from.

I absolutely LOVE roses, it's my favorite scent, it's amazing. It instantly transports me into a calmer state, like when I look at the color teal. Which helps with my PTSD. I just hate that they're so popularized and price inflated! I'd take anything rose off your hands any day. 😂
I actually dont mind when the same bags come up- anyone else guess in their head what they were 😂 still so little difference its good you cancelled! It was literally like oh that one had a liquid lipstick it must be ADVENTUROUS
Oh, I *absolutely* wore the palest powder I could get my hands on without any foundation. I mean, partly because it was the 90s and my skin tone is ⚪translucent⚪ so it was hard to find light enough foundation, but I also think a lot of us (at least us punk & goth kids😅) just carried around a powder compact, you know, as a rule🤷♀️
Loving the color you put on your lips, really is YOUR color! I'd love to see a look done with the lavender liquid eye shadow and that highlighter specifically from these bags. The eye shadow was such a unique shifty color and the highlighter is gorgeous!

I'm only 9.5 minutes into the video, and I gotta say, the bags from last year and miles better than the new bags they've been sending out. Like so many more full size items and value. Too bad Ipsy went downhill so much. I had them for YEARS and loved them.
I agree with the Tarte foundations, I used to be obsessed with the shape tape and such but I stopped wearing makeup in quarantine and just started again but I do it's bb cream with spf bc I'm outside so often riding or gardening. I tried the face tape again and it's just so thick and shows all my dry patches no matter how much I moisturize beforehand, a little bit makes me feel so cakey 😭

Have you considered doing an ipsy comparison when you have a stash like this built up. It would be interesting to see how diverse (or not) the bags are. Open them like usual but just see what is the same and what is different at the end.

Ooo I love these. I swear these are like The Roast of Ipsy ❤. I am here for it; I think we have similar Ipsy bags. I had an alt bag that I redirected to my postal box from the US. It used to be completely different and it suddenly became nearly identical despite totally different profiles (am occasionally a red head). Tarte Foundations have never worked for me either. I totally love to do the Build Your Bag but I give the Foundation to my friends (we trade makeup).
Half Dome is in Yosemite out in California. And that is the extent of my National Parks knowledge lol. Went camping there when I was stationed in Monterey and it was BEAUTIFUL.
Just throwing it out there but Half Dome is a gorgeous rock formation at Yosemite National Park here in California. If you’ve ever seen pics of Yosemite you’ve probably seen it!
I don't currently receive any ipsy subscriptions but when i did i really liked getting them just to branch out and try some new brands but my biggest thing is to use all the stuff for travel. Yes, you can go to ulta or Sephora and get the tiny sample sizes but it's so expensive! You'd only get one or two items for the price of one ipsy bag. And for the average person that only has one subscription box you can cancel it for a few months if you have too much stuff or change to every other month to prevent accumulating too much stuff. No, it's not usually exciting but at least what I recieved was pretty much always super usable

I dont wear foundation anymore, all i use is cream blush, sometimes cream bronzer and highlight, then i use setting powder. Honestly sometimes all i use on my face is setting powder just to give my face more of a matte look because despite me having dry skin, i have big pores and they dont stand out as much when i use setting powder.
Ok, now I need to know what highlight you were using, cuz I feel like "everybody thinks I have a pregnancy glow" is a pretty good selling point for a highlight!😂

I’d use this months brush as a packing brush ! Use it to apply the darkest brown in ur crease or outer V then blend with another brush
