The main issue isn't the BCCI, PCB, or the Indian Government. The biggest problem lies with the unstable Pakistani government, which has been a longstanding issue and is the primary reason for the current state of India-Pakistan relations.

India should boycott the champions trophy because asking for a hybrid would be a loss for them as well. Pakistan would not travel for trophies 26 and 28 in retaliation. which will destroy PCB because of its heavy reliance on funds provided by ICC. Revenue from other teams and from India would also be impacted. However, as compared to revenue from other sources, the ICC portion is negligible. India should so abstain from champions trophy alone.

Main reasons of destruction of Pakistan cricket :
1) Giving less importance to winnners ; but giving too much importance to losers and match fixers -- You hardly hear any regular interviews from Younis Khan, Sarfaraz; but every other guy gets to advise Pakistan cricket
2) Match fixing rot is still in Pakistan cricket system ---
July 2009 : Younis Khan caught match fixers with few players in SL ; few months later , Younis Khan was not only removed from the team , but also didnt get into playing XI
Sep 2018 : Sarfaraz Ahmed alerted ICC (Anti corruption unit ) aout match fiixing approach ; many months later Sarfaraz suffered the same fate
Likes of Wasim Akram, Waqar, Mushtaq Ahmed are still indirectly active in match fixing bookies circles ; and they get some position directly / indirectly in PCB
Playing undeserving/ poor performeing players (chosen by Saya Corp.) is also match fixing
3) Spineless PCB - As of today, Saya Corp. is running the PCB. They have the main say in selection of players
4) Quota System -- It iis rampant in Pakistan cricket
Rizwan, iftikhar, etc. are from Tableeghi Jamat quota
Shadab, Shaheen, Imama, Azam, etc. are from Nepotism quota
Babar is from Saya Corp. quota
HAris Rauf, Zaman Khan are from Lahore Qalandars quota

I also want to point out one thing that you proudly said that you still have relatives in India but have you ever thought about how many Indians can say this that their hindu relatives still live in Pakistan today. This is one of the examples of injustice that has been done by pakistan towards Indians specially hindus. In contrast, India never did this sort of injustice towards muslims who were from pakistan but moved to India. Forget about India touring Pakistan (for CT 2025); many teams will pull out from Pakistan CT 2025 -- it will be played in hybrid model with Pakistan playing all (except India game) its group matches in Pakistan and then tournament will move to UAE / SL
In 2026 WT20 -- Pakistan will not be allowed to play any match in India (unless they reach SF/ Final) ; BCCI got a lot of flak for allowing Pakistan team visiting India in 2023 WC

Can you confirm that PCB has been allotted rights to host Champions trophy. Can PCB show any documents or rights letter from ICC. I have serious doubt. PCB is assuming that they have won championship that's why they have right to host. I don't think so.

Pak TH-camrs and its media assume so much importance of themselves which is far from reality. They are just stones which move according to icc infact bcci. Hardly anyone gives importance to them infact pcb internally knows where they stand at international level that’s why they accepted Asia cup hybrid model. For rest of ICC events in India, it’s up to u pak to come or not, no hybrid matches for them will be provided by ICC or BCCI .
