If you wanna go the RRR route then first thing you gotta do is emphasize on test matches. No more debuts in limited over matches, whoever wants to start off the international career starts from test or not at all. No one gets the green jersey until he earns the right to wear it after good test match performance. Thats the way to go. 0cb itself shouldnt even be wasting its limited resources on limited overs, instead focus all resources on red ball cricket after that limited over will be in autopilot mode.
