Yanning voices Elysia and Cyrene also in CN, though she also voiced Liliya (Pretty sure) while Inoue Marina JP voices Yanqing in HSR.... who was voiced by Miao Jiang in CN.... who also voiced Bianka and Venti.... I think i found a massive loop of VAs between all three games when i was just trying to bring up Yanning as CN VA
@@MrShamus22 not sure about JP VAs, but for CN VAs most of them have multiple roles across HI3, HSR, GI, ZZZ and GGZ (still active in CN). 宴宁（包包）voiced Elysia, Lillya (HI3), Lumine, Noelle, Qiqi (GI), Anby (ZZZ), Kika (GGZ), Mem, Pela and Cyrene (HSR). The loop might be due to her VA studio is one of the major ones signed with Hoyo, so most of her colleagues also voiced other hoyo chars

@@py5106 Also, mihoyo is a shareholder (ca. 14%) of the studio so it is understandable that hoyo might list them as the first choice for voice acting new characters. Moreover, mihoyo seems to be well liked by CN VAs for paying them handsomely for their work, as confirmed by Iansan’s CN VA. Hanser and Piper Wheel’s CN VA also said that mihoyo paid them audition fees despite the norm in CN is only paying to those not chosen for the character they audited for.

There's a rune when Mem becomes a quill, and on Cyrene's clothes too. I don't know if it's connected or not. SPOILER................ In the last part of the story 3.0, you know that Cyrene is stabbed and Mem doesn't remember her past. It looks like Cyrene died and became Mem.
