Negative Ramos Unfortunately I do not feel the same. I rarely get them at all. I even complete Lvl 4 Checkpoints on Challenging & Heroic Open Worlds solo and they rarely spawn. I’m actively trying to hunt them down, rather than the other way around.
First time this played and rouge agents started hunting me from down the street, moving from cover to cover I was like... players can invade games and they get sick entry music like this... WOW. After a few minutes i realised they are just really well programmed NPC's. So awesome fighting them with this beat going.
i wish division 3 come with this feature like watch dog which can invade other player or even bigger , made the game world manipulate by player player can choose a side agent player vs rogue player affecting which side taking the city,rebuild and more

Feel like maybe it is just my group experience so far, Rogue agents feel like they got toned down a bit. LIke they do still hurt but they are not as aggressive anymore. So far I meet like 5 rogues ever since I came back and in group contents we hadn't been wiped out at all.

You’re by yourself, so that rules out a fellow Division agent. You place your hand on the door handle, proceeding with caution... ...to your dismay, there’s nothing. You chuckle to yourself; you must’ve been hearing things. You walk through the atrium, covered in moss and vines from months of neglect. Suddenly the sound of whirring blades appears again, followed by ISAC... saying the worst thing you could’ve imagined: “Rogue Agent, detected.”

Worst time this happened was at the NYC stock exchange, the Dragov boss room. As soon as I heard this, it got so tense. PLaying a game of cat and mouse with 2 traitors was one of the most nail biting moments ever. THEN I had to face off aginst Dragov, Ron, Knukles and the rest of his RIkers. I was pretty much SPENT after that fight. It was INTENSE, best bloody expeirance ever.
It'd be sooooo dope if they had this music played in the background while you're rouge in the DZ and just keep it playing until you take it off or die. Same thing if you encounter another rouge (player) in the DZ. Imagine? I'd go everytime lol. Kinda how they had it in division 1, the same beat will constantly play while you’re rouge. I'd really love something like that put into this.

My first encounter with them was in a Challenging Mission with 3 other randoms. When they show up I though they were just the normal yellow bar enemies. Then I noticed their names. "Rogue Agents". They were ABOVE just Yellow Bar enemies. They kicked our ASS so HARD! We didn't managed to advance to the next room and had to fall back. I had to rely on the Turret and Drone while I shot from afar, while staying by the side of the other players, to stay alive as much as I could. It was so freaking HARD and I LOVED every second of it. My second encounter was when I noticed how unique they woudl be. In a solo Hard mission, using my SHield+Drone style. They fucked me so quick I didn't know what was hitting me half the time. When I respawned and they weren't back, instead finding the normal enemies of the area, I then noticed how special they truly are. I would never know when they would show up. But when they do, I would have to truly become a Division Agent to not die... or at least be more tactical. I give a lot of shit ot Ubisoft, but holy shit this Rogue Agents enemy types were one of the BEST things to be added in the game.

The invasion idea could work if the invader is given a preset load out. But otherwise it would just be PvPer against a PvEer

It would be cool to see hunters show up when fighting rogue agents especially see them fight each other.
Me and my buddies adopted a hunter play style and builds in response when they were announced. Made for some very interesting and exciting encounters.
