Love this home. So sophisticated, classy and elegant, yet modernly simplistic in its decor. I hate cluttered spaces and absolutely love how this home is decorated with just the right amount of items strategically placed about on the walls etc. Beautiful!!!!

Now this is a stunner!! The only 2 problems I have is 1- in the kitchen that covering over the hood range in that brown color sticks out; it should be black or just leave the range hood's beautiful chrome showing and 2- the basement bedroom should have at least one window. Other than that the house is well designed and well decorated. One of your best showings I've seen in a while. Bravo!!

Nicely staged & enjoyable to take the tour; however, I would NOT want to live there. Although the tour was careful to NOT point this fact out, the windows on the sides of the dwelling face those of the houses on either side. That bottom floor does NOT have much natural light & it is obviously a fire trap. I doubt that it is coded for having a bedroom on that level.

What a beautiful home. I would leave it as is. The home from the outside doesn't look that spacious, but once inside the "Wow" in amazement kicks in.
