I see many big multi million dollars homes, they do nothing for me. This one did, Tastefully done all over not just few rooms, and not overdone. Just the right amount of everything. What do you think?
Finally, an entry hall with tiles matching the rest of the floors. I love how the formal living room is separated from the family room all the while there's still some openess between those spaces. And the kitchen is absolutely stunning. Plus there're so many cabinets in the mud/laundry room that could be used as a pantry space. The only downside is not showing the lower level. It's said that the lower level is finished so why not showing it?
Stunning home for sure. However, I too found the full washroom with shower off the kitchen very odd. Who is showering in there?!? Another oddity, given the magnitude and money spent on this home ....no fireplace. That family room was missing a focal point.
Oh wow a true split level. I haven't seen one of these in a long time. I grew up in a split level. I'm not a fan of the living area in what I perceive as the basement. Much more into open concept. I love to open a front door and see windows in the back of the house rather than stairs or walls, but there are some beautiful aspects to this home. And the outside is stunning.
My friends used to own this house. It was a small backsplit and they renovated it to how it is now (they own a construction company) and then sold it. That’s why it’s a weird layout. It wasn’t built that way originally. It’s twice as big now as it was when they bought it.
A wonderful huge luxury house... Bellissima Villona Canadese... Super confortevole... Sarebbe magnifico poterci vivere dentro... anche se ci sono ancora tante cose da migliorare e sistemare....
Wow! What a beautiful home! Interesting layout, which I like because it's different (this 🏠 is definitely not cookie-cutter!). All those steps may not be for all people, though.
Soon as you walk in your able to look on top the stairs and see the master bedroom? Then the kitchen has a full bathroom view? The patry area has a laundry room that is rigth next to the kitchen? Who designed this house? It was better to just have a full open concept design utilizing the space properly. Simplicity is usually better for most things.

How much is it please?
i literally watched ONE of these and now i can't escape
I was completely fascinated by the layout and appearance of the first floor and, in particular, the kitchen area!
Layout of the house is very unique, loved it! Especially the kitchen and breakfast area.
I love the multilevel concept and the calming cool feel

My dream kitchen!
This is beautiful house.
Love the stair and love the secret small room in closet.
My only negative is the bathroom practically in the kitchen. Not a fan of that but other than that, gorgeous home.

If you have company over to enjoy the pool. They won’t be traipsing their wet bodies through your entire house to use the toilet or change.
@@misscleo378 oh now i get it
This house is huge!! 👍😷❤️

Amazing ! Thank you. Richard Jr.
With all those stairs you would get a workout for sure. Plus the layout is odd. Other than that, nice home.

Absolutely beautiful! Well appointed, ample storage and still appears to have a comfortable feel. Would like to know the builder! Well done.
Lovely living space an looks like comfort. Thanks for tour enjoyed.
Beautiful house, first floor is perfect.
Unusual layout which is a change from the usual cookie-cutter home. I do prefer bathrooms with windows, but overall this is a lovely home.
Beautiful love it ... didnt expect that I will like this home...

Estou encantada. Vou comprar. Lindíssima. Me trouxe um ar de novidade e recomeço. Amei. Gostaria de saber quanto custa.
That big ol' house and the best part, imo, is the loft storage space in the second bedroom...lol

Very nice house! It’s a little odd in some places, but it’s a beautiful home! Where is this house?
Amazing house 8
Que precio tiene el inmueble, muy bella la casa.
If there ever was a fire in this house it would be hard to find possible victims and fight the fire itself. It's like a rat maze.
❤💚❤👍👍👍

what is the asking price for this home? MIKE Madhavji
The Hause is rare.
How much is please?
