- Finally i've been able to leave the UK and ride my BMW R Nine T all the way from the Uk to Athens via France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Italy ending up in Greece. Plus Spain on the way back over 32 days.
What kit do I use?

Editing device - Mac Pro 14'' M1 MAX

Cheers mate much appreciated, I’m still on holiday coming back sometime this weekend. In Germany now looking at finishing the week in Italy then I fly home ✈️ Norway in September then I really must stop with these holidays. But it’s surprisingly cheap most of the time. I remember how sad I was in lockdown that I couldn’t see the world so this has been one amazing opportunity these past few months

One more great video! Welcome to my hometown of Athens. Near Korinthos are Nemea and Stymfalia lake. If you could go a bit further lake Doxa is absolutely beautiful. Common mistake to make a wrong turn and head to Athens tools. Enjoy Athens!!

This has been some adventure so far, this will take some beating. How many new subs have you collected during this Tour?
When you return home I’d be interested to hear your overall costs for this trip, not that I’m thinking of doing anything similar, but just out of interest

Not sure on new subs, I think about 200. Hasn’t done as well as I though but that’s ok, I rode a motorbike from London to Athens for gods sake 😂

@@AnotherHipster well as an old man I manage to avoid anger and frustration in traffic. I'm like, sympathetic to how bad drivers can be, the poor things.... bit like "ogmios school of zen motoring" (hot tip to see on TH-cam).
i got fed up of the hassle at toll booths, i now stop just before them, take gloves off (jam behind headlight or behind screen) get money ready, ride to booth, pay, ride through, stop at side of road and put gloves back on, bit of a pita, but so much less stress, ive had the barrier come down before i was through, (with hassle that entails) and irate drivers behind me to deal with...lol
Thanks I decided to just always pay them on card so I have a debit card tucked into the side pocket on my tank bag. Plus I got new gloves that are easier to put on, it’s the little things! And also why drivers don’t just use their brain and go to a barrier that’s free right next to me I never understand…..

I have been away with work for weeks. But essentially it was £4500 total. Including everything but insurance because EU cover is free anyways
Still away now but hoping to film the recap in a few weeks time maybe end of the month I get to go home for a few days
