This brings back memories, When I was 12 MTV ran a 24 hour marathon of Beavis and Butthead and I watched it till sunrise. It was the first time I was up over 24 hours. That was 30 years ago and I still remember that night like it was yesterday. It was cool.
I actually have done this in real life. My friend has a big field a big tire and a big hill. I think I hit 18 miles an hour or so. Glad I have a stomach made of steel. My advantage was there is nothing to hit. One of the stupidest things me and my friend ever did but it was pretty fun.

A tank car carrying some sort of likely hazardous material ruptures and fills the air with a cloud of gas. Butthead runs through the fumes, coughs a few times, but never stops laughing as he continues chasing after Beavis. It was probably the funniest part of the entire segment. Who was the "butt munch" responsible for removing it?
