- Age is just a number. Looks don’t matter. Well, neither seems to be the case in Hollywood. The industry that made makeovers and plastic surgeries a lucrative industry does not adhere to those sayings at all.
It is not uncommon to see unrecognizable celebrities walking around. Some of them might actually look like a totally different person for various reasons. One saying that is certainly true in Hollywood is that time changes all things, and boy do they ever in Tinseltown. In fact, here are 10 celebs you can barely even recognize now. He was THE one all the girls I went to school with in the late seventies and early eighties were just Gaga over. I have aged pretty good and some women actually think I'm not bad looking at 51. ian neil Because Hollywood is all about looking their best and most celebrities can't afford to lose their looks because that's how some got their jobs by what they use to look like. I am not against plastic surgery but for the right reason and that you absolutely need to do it, due to an accident or was born with some kind of defect but not for vanity purpose. Cosmetic surgery wasn't invented for vanity purpose, but to help wounded soldiers from world war 1 or before then. To do it for any other reason it back fires on people and makes them look even worse than what they had started out with, not to mention addiction. Some people are so addicted that they can’t stop and see the monster that they’ve created through surgery that they didn’t need in the first place. My motto is, if its not broken don’t fix it!

I guess it is only natural for young people to mock the older generation, but plastic surgery or not, a 50 something person rarely looks like a 20 something person. Aging is tough enough without a whole program about it! From a 60 something person.
The younger people say all sorts of weird crap and when you get older you almost pity this generation because they are deathly afraid to age. I think it’s social media influencers and influencing doing this. It’s a shame. I am in my 50’s and life has never been more fun. My parents are still here to hang out with and my kids are all out of college. This is a good point that I wish could stay always. I age naturally , I eat well and work out on the daily as I Always have. I’ve been blessed with good skin genes but I also use good products and I get micro needling and such done too. I have earned all lines I do have. I do think that even as a woman in my 50’s , I think many of these people shown have done real disasters to themselves. Meg Ryan looks frightening and this was her choice. We can’t mess with Mother Nature , it simply doesn’t work. One little facelift may make you look decent , but then when you go back for the second or third, you look odd. Look at some of the celebrities who’ve done this. Facelifts don’t last a lifetime. They are also temporary! So none of this stuff really works. We look older or weird. Botox has never been studied long term. People who’ve used it long term have admitted to having issues like atrophy. It looks super weird too. I feel so bad for the younger generations because they are growing up with massive fear of aging and they will all look so odd if they keep having the fear. We all age or we die. It is what it is.

I met Mark McGrath few months ago and he didn’t really look that different ... after all,, it’s called aging. Every person has to experience it, whether you like it or not. Lastly, Mark is one of the nicest guys I have ever met, very humble and respectful to everyone.

I saw him on a show a few months ago & it was immediately brutally obvious he's had work done. Yes, I can see he's gained weight, but he's definitely had plastic surgery on his face & neck to try to look younger.

i would'nt call this obsess. its like u saw them long time ago and felt like they r ur old friends. then u have'nt seen them for a while and then wonder how they are doing. and bam! u see them today and they look different. what else can we talk about? its like "hey, how have u been doing? r u ok?" something like that
