Hello to our Tunisian brothers. I am Bosnian Muslim and my father was working in Tunis, Libya and Morocco for 15 years ( ex Yugoslavija ). I was living in Tunis for more than 4 years. It was long time ago, back to1979. My father was construction engineer and was building barrage in Sidi Salem and Bouhedma. I wish to one day visit Tunis again.
Friendly Tunisian brothers and sisters . Best regards from Indonesia to all of you, guys ! ..Enjoy your happiness there....This video is really beautiful. Many thanks for sharing ...
Nice place with friendly people. I visited Tunisia two times before and I honestly enjoyed interacting with the locals in different states in the country and I was lucky that I had my Moroccan friend who was fluent in Spanish and he did a great job translating. I made amazing conversations there about many stuff like culture and history and especially the Andalusian history of the country that also includes other countries in the region along with Spain. As a Spanish person I always was curious and fascinated by the Andalusian culture and the Muslim era of Spain. It's one of the reasons that make me feel close to the people of Tunisia, Morroco and Algeria. It's amazing how we still even have many words in our language that were originated from Arabic. One of the famous words is "Aceituna" which came from Arabic word "Azzaytuna" and it means olive. Which is a very popular term in Tunisia because the country is known for having so many olive trees and high quality olive oil.
And Aceite from Alzayit. Ojalá from Inchallah. Azúcar from Alsuccar etc.. If someday you decide to visit Tunisia, you gotta check the Andalucian community (los moros de Andalucía) they live in Tastour here in Tunisia. So you can discover many new things. And you have to check out the lecture of prof Antonio Manuel: *en el Andalus que llevemos dentro* You will discover many new interesting things!! Saludos.
@@loup8556 our Tunisian dialect has been and still evolving throughout the history, what I'm sure about is that we have added few words from Andalucia to our language from the Andalucians who came here, beside the Maloof and Jibba and Chechiya. Amilcar Barca took the Carthaginian troops with him to the Iberian peninsula and resided there for many years and Hannibal himself passed by there when was heading to Rome. So if there is some Tunisian words among the people there, maybe you can catch some of them among the castilians or the eastern tribes there. I truly don't know. Apart from Cartagena that is named after Carthage, I have no clue.
@@fotelsteussentiments1608 Also according to some historians Barcelona owes its name to the family of the carthaginian leader Hamilcar Barca. It's also important to notice that the city Barcelona was probably founded by either the Phoenicians or the Carthaginians.

As a Tunisian girl living in Germany, I can proudly say that Tunisia has more human rights than Germany (working wise). I have worked in both countries and noticed that women are equally paid as men in Tunisia. They do not ask you if you are married or willing to get married in Tunisia, where I have been asked that personal question in a job interview in Germany. They think of you as a waste of money when you have kids and apply for your maternity leave. Both countries are amazing though.
I've noticed the same thing in the USA no equal pay and no maternity leave, also no healthcare and no employment protection, your boss could fire you at any moment with no consequences, even if you worked there your whole life !

@Fur N Lol That makes no sense. I'm Lebanese and sometimes we consider ourselves even more Arab than other Arab countries. Of course racially we're a mix of everything just like all countries but culturally we're Arabs to the bones. And by the way the Arabic, Phoenician and Aramean cultures are all from the same roots and they're all Semitic cultures. If you even search about the oldest Arabic scripture you'll find that it was originated in levantine countries like Southern Syria and Jordan. Besides, Phoenician and Aramean identities are no longer valid and their languages didn't last, so it would make no sense if we identify ourselves with them officially. I'ts like Swedish people identifying themselves as Vikings today.

I've been to 50+ countries. Tunisia is an amazing country with amazing people and it's one of the most liberal Arab countries (together with Lebanon and Morocco), but there are other Muslim-majority countries that are more liberal. Love all of them tho. Jordan is also amazing.

Friendly Tunisian brothers and sisters . Best regards from Indonesia to all of you, guys ! ..Enjoy your happiness there....This video is really beautiful. Many thanks for sharing ...
Thanks friend , Respect from Tunisia 👍
And you have to check out the lecture of prof Antonio Manuel: *en el Andalus que llevemos dentro*
You will discover many new interesting things!! Saludos.
Are there Tunisian words?

They do not ask you if you are married or willing to get married in Tunisia, where I have been asked that personal question in a job interview in Germany. They think of you as a waste of money when you have kids and apply for your maternity leave. Both countries are amazing though.
That's interesting
I've noticed the same thing in the USA no equal pay and no maternity leave, also no healthcare and no employment protection, your boss could fire you at any moment with no consequences, even if you worked there your whole life !

Lebanon is NOT an arab country. It is a Phoenician-Aramean country. Period.

@@TH3USUALSUSPECT stop lying, they are talking about that grammar mistake of (ها) which refers to the country that is obviously a inhumane entity in which humans are gathered and have their faiths and doctrines etc..
It's going to go back to the 1959's constitution in which there was no such statement as (and Islam is *its* religion) rather it was (with keeping respect to the religion and traditions of *its people* and the union of Al Maghreb.

I would like to clarify something , ‘free’ from your perspective is different to others, there are other countries where it’s free particularly Muslim countries ,their way of free is completely different from the European or western free concept
Well said 👌
Not really. Being free means being free. Means you can do whatever you want. You can go fully religious or you can live like “Europeans” as you say.
Someones say all the time "Islam brings to peace, love and etc" but it's lie. Today's all the sheria countries are poor, people still trying to gain their rights. For example in Iran, the women trying be free, they don't want to wear hijab. In Tunisia today Islam removed on the constitution. This is a correct. Islam or any religion it shouldn't be pressure of the any country. I wonder much more than other arab/north african countries. I hope i can visit one day. Do not compromise your rights and keep educate yourself all the time. Love you :)
Lol Turkish clöwn ,the countries With Sharia Are doing far better than your secular turk🤡middle East gulf countries, Malaysia etc are far better and developed than your turk..they have better infrastructure, development and lifestyle, education....
Tunisia didn't had any Sharia law it had European civili laws and it was poor, now again dictatorship is back in Tunisia with new constitution ,
Tunisia fall down more
you're right buddy! peace and thriving to Tunisia
Well I mean islamic laws exists and if majority of the people are Muslims and want to implement these laws. Are they not allowed? Its their nation and majority agree. You may think its wrong or immortal but its their truth.
Azerbaijan commits crimes and are not condemned by EU with secular laws becuz they want their oil.
Of course someone in their nation will disagree but not everyone in every nation agrees on the same fundamental government principles
Them being poor is not the reason look at uae, bahrain, qatar, egypt and ksa.
North Korea doesn't have islam and they are sanctioned
Russia
Venezuela
Cuba
Belarus
@@sponge7464 if you mean sharia, then muslims only may want live under sharia rule because they don't know any better. Since they born they have strong biases on their beliefs. If you take into account Azerbaijan's people -- there's no way they would want to live under sharia because it suck. You ask why countries can't have sharia? well, they can, but it's gonna be their problem that nobody will be interested in these countries. Sharia is a part of fundamental islam, it doesn't really matter which religion you take, if it comes to fundamental thing then it's bullshit, radical bullshit that encourage people to do crimes against humanity, hate and being ready to kill even the most important people to you if they're *not doing islam right*.

@@himiko6433exactly, I was born and raised in Tunisia, this country claims to be free, but in reality it is oppressive, and dangerous for free thinkers and free spirits, talking to unfamiliar personalities has became frowned upon since the 1990s, yet it worsened since 2011, this is because Tunisia is all about conformity and control, people there are conditioned to live in fear, paranoia and misery, I am having extremely tough times on fiting in the society.

If that's true, then they are either not Muslims or just have no idea about their religion. No offense to nobody and to no other religion, but there are things pretty clear about how should someone be when he represents what he belongs to. So it's not called liberty that way.
