some one please inform me regarding paper 2 . in quotations , is it necessary that I say for example “it is said in surah maidah" rather than just “it is said in the Quran " . and will I loose marks in exact quotations if I don't mention surah and verse numbers?
No you will not lose marks if you don’t add surah and verse numbers although if you do add surah and verse numbers it would be better as it will show your knowledge.
Likewise it would be better if you say in surah maida it is said “ today I have perfected your religion for you …..” (I am not writing for verses for my convenience) . It would be better if your write surah name too but you can write just that it is said in Hadith or said in Quran that …
If you know it, mention it. If you don't know it, then don't mention it, regardless, you've only got something to gain.

quite a dumb question but if my black pen runs out in the middle of the paper can i use a blue pen or i gotta use a black one cuz i began the paper with the black one
You can use a blue or a black pen as it is also written on the 1st page with instructions that you can use black/blue pen
Use the same color pen dude. Take like 3 or 4 with u (black preferably) don't change the colors beech mai. No need to give the examiner a reason to cut your marks faltu mai
