Do you leave this program for a few weeks, increasing the loads or repetitions, or do you always change the workout?
Great question! I like to say that my programming and workouts "vary" and "change" but aren't random. So for example on this workout I did strict press, the next week time I might do push press, and the next time it would be double KB strict press etc....so I won't do the dame workout every Friday, but it'll be similar concepts in each workouts - if that makes sense
