I love these now! Short story....Went to pick up dog food, 45lb bag, I farmers carry 55-60lb few times a week, not even realizing it I picked up the bag single handedly and carried to the counter no problem. Grip strength is so much better now! 👀👀💪🏾

@@patdamiano Ok I got it done it 20 minutes! Started with maxing out at 27 for the first 3 sets, I think 22, and finishing with 17. For the farmer carries I'm using 2x 24kg bells, and i definitely started to get a massive forearm pump in the last 2 sets. And for a finisher I hit 25x navy seals+3 squat chaser. I'm 5'11" and about 151lbs, so i'm pretty lean and slender. I do have 2x 32kg bells, but I'm a little weary of doing anything more than swings or carries with them, what do you recommend for a skinny person?

I would say experience. With experience, you can build your own plan for whatever you want. Without the experience, you need to lean on someone else’s experience to create a plan for you.

I've got a hybrid bamboo adjustable mace/clubbell .. longer than a clubbell, and shorter than a mace. Can load it to 33kg.. perfect combination. Can do Swings infront aswell.. I also have 2 clubbells and one steel mace.. awesomr channel btw. Just came over this yesterday 🎉🎉
