I'm going to speak as someone very familiar with KI and less so with SF.
I think Jago is like a heavily-buffed Ryu (overall, KI characters all have way more abilities than SF characters). Jago's Wind Kick is way faster than the Tatsumaki Senpyukyaku; Jago's fireball is chargeable and can be cancelled while charging for some nasty fake outs, has a Laser Sword special with its own advantages, great command normals with the double roundhouse and an overhead with A LOT of range, etc.

even if the guy with the arcade controller is more used to it, using an arcade controller take WAAAY more skill than a gamepad. Its like comparing a wooden club to a short sword. Just sayin...

thanks for your comment but both pad and stick have different advantages and disadvantages! Don't discount pad it is a powerful weapon when used well.
