If your brackets do not have a facial hole on the clips, they are not our Empower brackets. We can't give insight on other types of self ligating brackets from other companies. Either way, you should at least be able to push the wire into the slot on use your finger to close the door.

why my self ligating brackets doesn't have that whole..my wire is sliding off and im very far from home...i can't even go to dentist
