I’m not a plant-based eater exclusively but I do seek out those options when I can - especially at Disney where, after so many sweets and fried things, it sometimes feels like I’ll drop dead if I don’t get a vegetable soon - and I trust his judgment on what’s worth the $!
YES! I am not a plant based eater but I have many family members who are. It is BEYOND helpful as the Disney nerd of the family to have all this helpful information. 😎 plus I just LOVE any video these 2 are in! I hope they go on out of country to Tokyo at one point so I can have their take on all things Disney at those parks 🙏🤞

I spent my 30th and last year cooking for Disney at the Grand Floridian cafe before I retired. I loved working there. It was a positive work environment that never felt like a slog or a chore.
Absolutely love GFC. It's a must do every trip. I really miss the Eggs Benny trio. One had canadian bacon, one had lobster and the third had chorizo. Sadly it didn't survive covid. Hopefully it will return.

We were told that the avocado toast has a plant based heirloom tomato butter that they make and use for the avocado toast. It was one of the best meals I had!
Lobster Thermidor burger was literally the best food in Disney world! I’m so sad they took it away! I’m hoping it comes back by next March for our next trip 🥺

I agree that GF Cafe is amazing! We always stay at GF and we enjoy eating here several times each trip. The food, atmosphere, and service are perfect for every meal!

I had dinner there in April and got the Salomon and fried chicken dish and key lime dessert and then saw fireworks on the boat dock and saw the electric water pageant
Friends!!! Love GFC!!! So good! Left our magic kingdom day for brunch and it was soo good! Had the waffle. Husband had the chicken and waffles! So good! But having Q and Breedlove doing food and restaurant reviews is giving me life!

Most underrated restaurant. I love it! I got the chicken and waffles there before and it had like a little bit of sriracha or something on it which added a nice little kick. So good! And I love the more relaxed vibe and an excuse to go to Grand Floridian since staying there is usually out of my price range. 😂

I'm not a vegetarian or vegan but do have health issues that require me to cut back on carbs and fat, which leads me to lots of veggies and dairy with a small amount of lean meat. I like that bread was whole wheat, thus making it more friendly to me.
