I really like Zendaya and how she answered the questions as well, but that part where she explicitly says “person” just seems super cool to me. she doesn't have to label herself or her sexuality in any way and she doesn't owe us or anyone an explanation on her sexuality. but still it's so cool to just see her casually saying that and not making a big deal out of it, that's amazing and I love her ✨:)

for question 12, i think she said “person” because she believes not everything needs to be centered around men and she stated recently in an interview, she believes it’s outdated and sexist for women’s lives to revolve around men. so no, it doesn’t make her bisexual, it’s just taking the focus off of men.

These questions are awful. “ what don’t you like about yourself?” “ what don’t you like about your appearance?” “ what don’t you like about other people?” The way she corrects them makes me very happy
Well, that’s the entire point of the test...to see what your personality is like based on your answers. Some people may answer these quite negatively e.g. What do you dislike about yourself? “Well, I hold grudges too much” or What do you dislike about your looks? “I don’t like my nose”.
The way she answers so positively shows her personality, so yes, some of these questions are, on a surface level, awful, but there is no bad intention.

@@amyc5437 I wouldn’t say verbalizing your flaws (or not) shows your “personality” per se. It more so shows your mind set and ability to be optimistic about life. Optimism isn’t a personality, it’s merely one attribute to a persons tendencies/ways of thinking. If they wanted insight on her personality they could’ve asked better fitting questions.

The thing i most respect about a human is if they're not being nice to another human just for the sake of getting something in return, although I'll probably never meet a person like that, since the earth is a whole "survival of the fittest" thing, and everyone has a hidden agenda. Speaking as a Bi person, ik we all have been manifesting her sexuality. And we all know, because we've done it before we were out, not specifying a gender and using they/them/person/someone is a BIG indicator of someone who is in the closet.
Buuuuuuut, Zendaya, being the queen she is, would also use they/them/person/someone/etc as a way to break heteronormative assumption and teach interviewers to not assume and ask heterosexual questions. She's progressive, open-minded, and she may just be encouraging interviewers construct questions that apply to everyone, not just heterosexual people.
Idk, and I think she's awesome either way. Ive just seen comments here and on Tik Tok of people saying her saying "person" doesn't mean anything. Then some people reply saying it's very heteronormative that they think it doesn't mean anything. I see both sides, as I said Im bi, I just wanted to give my take.

Zendaya really reminds me of Selena. They’re both authentic, calm, charismatic, honest, intelligent, wise, and they also have good humor. Something interesting is that they both stand by gratitude and promote self-love. There’s also many videos on youtube titled “Selena Gomez being relatable” “Zendaya being relatable.” This relatable feeling people see in these women is very genuine because they’re genuine themselves. Very lovely.

Literally no on assumed anything about her sexuality tho. The next question straight after was what quality she likes in a woman. It's a persobality test with prewritten questions. Quality can mean anything eg what she appreciates in a man/woman. Nothing to do whether she is into them or not. How is no one realizing this??
