    It is nice, it is comfortable, it is high off the ground and it dosn't hold air. Sucks because the pump isn't a easy on and off to re inflate, and the pump is loud. Sadly most reviews talk about how nice it is but no one comes back to say how bad it looses air

    I bought two 15 inch twin models and within a couple of weeks they both would not hold air,absolute junk. I am done with all and I MEAN ALL INTEX PRODUCTS.

    It would be helpful to see it deflated and put back - that is often a lot harder than setting it up.

    I have the queen Intex 15". Folks mine leaks all the time. I have to air it up every night to sleep on it. This Mickey Mouse outfit (INTEX) told me yesterday ( 03/11/2024 ) over the phone, For Intex to warranty this I have to CUT a 6" by 6" piece of fabric anywhere on this bed and take pics of this ignorant task and then I have to WAIT 7 to 10 Business Days for them to send me a new Mattress. Yes!... I was told that yesterday by a customer representative. so however long it takes, I have to do without a bed. And That's the only option I have to fix their DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! Is or where is the WARRANTY? I will be filing complaints with BBB.

    This mattress is TERRIBLE! I just got it because of this review and when I rolled over and didn't stop! It was perpetual motion and literally FELL OFF! My friend without telling her - Same thing, she rolled and kept rolling.

      @@zelastjoker You should still try one yourself. I've been using Intex queen air beds for years as my preference for my back. There are quite a few different styles of beds Intex has. This particular one I've tried as well and it's comfortable. My current one I'm using is the Intex Plush Fiber Tech - which sits 18 inches up. Other beds sit 16, 22 inches up. All the queen size beds have a capacity of 600 pounds. Good material and the built in pump dials let you control how firm or soft you want the air bed to be. I wish Intex was still making regular that memory form air bed from some years ago. Even though I've tried experimenting with different brands queen & king sized, Intex still makes the most durable raised air beds imo.

      @MrNewktrane 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@zelastjoker Great. One thing that I see mentioned more now & I'd never thought about in all the years using - is for users to not over inflate on first use & to then expect some slight decrease over the first couple of days or so as the beds are settling in form. I think this is valuable as it could give a false impression to a new user that the beds are defective & losing air when that may not be the case.
