Or at the highest. So not sure if 2009 situation will come back. Right now Russians and east eu people are also pushing real estate value upwards. So thr is scope to get profit out of investment. But timing no one can predict. Bcoz depreciation also applies as building ages. It's a high risk gamble. From indians point of view, banglore pune mumbai homes are costlier than gcc property.
I'm not an expert but I have small suggestions.. I think that we need to pay tax for that rental amount in India if we are not an NRI. If you have 2cr, you can invest in FD (Safest Method -Low Risk) so you will get 1.20L interest per month. But yes, you need to pay tax in India for that amount. So you can divide that 2cr among family members and invest FD in their names and you may reduce Tax. If you are an NRI, you don't need to pay tax for that interest amount. If we buy property in Dubai, we don't know when they change their rules and resale value property returns are not enough....
It should be clear when interview is about Dubai property the money should mention in dhs and not in Rs and there is no lakh crore concept here in Dubai better to say 100 thousand and in million,so many ppl may mistake with conversion
