After consequences, (for eg. drainage problem, -ve vibrations in the house, legal heir issues, construction defects, etc.) only that buyers has to face. So, my advise is DON'T BUY AUCTION PROPERTIES..👎

What if the bank people participate in the auction and bid for higher amount and increase the value. We will not know who is who. This is very common in any auction by making their own people to participate and increase the value. I have seen this in a fish market auction selling fish for high price by having their guys to bid for high amount to increase the price and sell. Hope it makes sense.

there is correction. emd is 10% then if you win bid you have to pay 15% on spot. they will give 15days time for remaining 75% amount. they will release sale certificate after that. it very risky to buy auction property. think before you invest.
