KelsQi oh yes girl idle time is the devils best friend . It’s when anxiety kicks in & overall making stupid decisions at times . It’s great you’ve found asmr to help you out when having free time. Asmr is a life saver ! Sometimes I think the mind should be occupied at all times until rest . Keep yourself busy it’s good for you !

18:43 PERFECT synchronization of the sssssssssst and face brushing so I can imagine it’s brushing my face EVEN MORE. Around 14:35 my brain released chemicals that made it feel like warm water was running over the tops of my forearms 🙄 this video is the perfect relaxer because it makes you want to close your eyes and fighting that urge is what gets you tired. In my opinion. My body is so tingled out 😌 and only five mic bumps. You did good babe 🐻❤️

I have a weird, cool, and helpful idea. I was thinking in future videos, I could label time stamps of when I got tingles, and the intensity of them, either low, medium, or high. That way I could help viewers to find good spots to relax quickly, and help Caroline to know what triggers work the best (at least for me).
