  • In this video, I'll explain everything you need to know to get started with a Siemens LOGO mini PLC.
First, I 'll explain what a LOGO module is and where can you get more information online. Then I'll unbox a brand new LOGO and will show you the real hardware before diving into the programming and configuration of the controller.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment below, and if you are interested in industrial automation, SCADA, IoT and Industry 4.0, please consider subscribing to my channel.

Hi thank you this was a big help! Currently busy with a project that involves a bunch of LOGO's communicating with an IOT2050 and then with simulation software and I'm starting from scratch. It is a crazy learning curve and people like you help a lot!

@@blociot Your tutorials have helped me to now wire up and create a test program on the Siemens Logo, I have also figured out the basics of the IoT2050.
Can you possibly make a tutorial on connecting multiple Logos to an IoT2050? I need to receive inputs from various Logo's and send it to simulation software through the IoT2050. I assume this is done using S7 in node red? But I am a little lost.

LOGO doesn't have a safety model. You may use external devices or a S7-1200 or 1500 safety PLCs to achieve up to SIL 3 / PL e
