I am from Quebec Canada, i am cooking persian food for 35 years , khoresht bademjan, fesenjan,. Ghormeh sabzi, koofteth ..... Dessert too . Excellent food. I never made bread but today i am trying. My husband was from. Mashad . 🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍👍👍
coming from a mexican person, in my opinion persian food is very special , very meticulous cooking and home made from the heart and soul, i think rice originated in iran, because they do a beautiful job in cooking it!!

@@farzanehgh1029 Arabic is not a food...It is Yemeni food or Jordani Palestine food.Indian,Pakstani, Bengali food are similiar in spices used and cooking technique. TURKISH food deoendin on what region use many middle eastern spices and cooking techniques, they don't typical fry most foods, they baked or grill their foods and tends to be more herbs ,meezzez and spices.like sarma, dolmaddes, fatayer, baked stuffed vegetables ,baked breads,etc.Middle eastern food including Turkish is my top food due to healthy cooking technique, particularly Lebanese.

Cooking a recipe can never be monopolized by a nationality or race etc etc. the skill and enthusiasm of a chef/cook is what really counts and the above is clearly done with the right skills needed, and happens to be one of my old time favorite.
Persian food has got to be the most underrated cuisine. Yet it is so meticulous, refined and full of flavour which makes is amazing. In my opinion it makes other middle eastern food seem bland and boring.
Not trying to be a hater but generally speaking, other cuisines in the middle east (Syrian, Kurdish, Iraqi and Yemeni) cuisines use much more spices and Iranian cuisine looks bland in comparison to them. But indeed, Iranian cuisine is also one of my favorites.
Good for You for having an opinion. But with Your last sentence, the opposite is true. Iranian foods always look very beautifully plated and presented with rich colors, yes indeed. However, often times the flavors are hardly noticeable and almost nonexistent and so minimal, to the point that it makes the food taste bland. Generally in cooking, moderate amounts of salt & pepper, garlic, onions, tomatoes and chilies are very important foundations as flavouring agents. Or at least salt. Other Middle Eastern foods have much more flavour than Iranian foods. Mainstream Middle Eastern foods also known as Mediterranean food, which is used by countries like Turkey, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Israel and Palestine are not only a lot more popular, but also a lot more flavorful than Iranian foods. Mediterranean foods are globally recognized and enjoyed. I'm not trying to attack Iranian foods. I do also enjoy some Iranian dishes such as Fesenjân and Tahchin. Not a fan of the Cholo rice however, I think its very bland. Same with the Kabobs. But, what I'm saying is true.

I tried Persian and turkish food and i was excited about it because it is beautifully presented in the dish But unfortunately i was disappointed by the flavour it was Bland almost without a taste while where i come from "Iraq" our food is very flavorful and you can taste the food and the spices in it that's applied to Arabic food too! In general. Maybe because we put lot more spices to our food but it's still good to try other peoples food. Also in Iraq we have many Iranian and turkish dishes but we modified them and people don't hate me😂 but ours test better😂🙏🏻

Middle east foods are really delicious and recipes are close. Iranian, Indian and Pakistani, Turkeys and Arabic. They are all so good

دمت گرم که زبان فارسی هم کنارش گذاشتی نه مثل بقیه که فکر میکنن با زبان زیبای فارسی کلاس کارشون پایین میاد

کسی که فکر کنه با زبان فارسی کلاسش پایین میاد کلا بی کلاس هست. اما گاهی چنل آشپزی برای معرفی خوراک ایرانی به خارجیها هست. ۹۰ در صد خانمهای ایرانی دستور خوراکهای ایرانی رو می دونن و هنر آشپزی از مادر به دخترها یاد داده میشه. من که خودم به پارسی حرف زدنم افتخار می کنم. زبان به این شیرینی و عرفانی

@@nourishyourmood9257 به هر حال میشه کنار زبان انگلیسی که بین المللیه زبان شیوای فارسی رو هم گذاشت برای فارسی زبانان سراسر دنیا مثل تمام کشورهای دنیا که زبان خودشونو حفظ میکنن
