first of all i really appreciate your efforts to sharing this knowledge, and secondly can you please share information how to decide type of connection (Wether it should be a shear or moment connection) while designing a steel structure. I mean how to decide type of connection as per requirements, and what are those requirements which decide the type of connection in any structure?
