Excellent video. Would you kindly clarify me, what do you mean by the following: 1) The flare line, blow down line and relief line should be "self draining" to the Knock Out Drum? What do you mean by "self draining " and is this self draining achieved by giving a " slope" to the line? 2) What is the purpose of giving slope to the line? Thanks for your time. Thank you Abid for your valuable comment. 1) Self draining means line should not have any pocket /s (no vertical elbow in simple sense) , it can be done by slope or gravity flow toward knock out drum. 2) for that you should have knowledge of flare system. assuming there will be no branch connection. you can have min 3" clearance between lower tier pipe/its insulation to lowest edge of upper tier steel. hope you like the video.. please subscribe and share with your team. cheers
